When you work with an independent Medicare agent, they are able to represent multiple carriers and find the best option that fits your specific needs. When you work directly with a carrier, you are limited to their specific offerings.
If you lose your insurance card, contact VIS and we will make sure the carriers send you a new one.

It's very simple to switch your policies to VIS. We will send an AOR (Agent of Record) letter which you sign and send back to us. We then submit the letter to your carrier(s) to be named the agent. Your carriers and policies will NOT change. The only change is VIS will be your agent to help you through your renewals, answer questions, help with billing etc.
You have the ability to switch your policies to us at any time. There is no specific contract that prohibits you from switching your insurance agency.
